The villa spans 2858 sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space over two floors, sleeping up to eight people, making it ideal for families or couples. The main house features a king bedroom with a shower room and Smart TV, a master King Suite with a balcony, ensuite bath/shower, and large Smart TV, a bunk room with a single over Queen bed and Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast nook leading to the living room. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances and a breakfast bar for four. Pool-safe crockery and drinkware are provided, and a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available for your convenience.

The loft apartment has separate access with a door code lock and includes an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa, dining area, and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, and sink. The bedroom features a 4-poster Queen bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite shower room.

Please be aware that there is no membership access to the water park and golf courses with this house. Other facilities are available. Guests should also note that there is a recording device over the front entrance to the house.
